Time to open up

The Danish Ambassador to Brazil Svend Roed, together with the former financial minister Henning Dyremose, in an attempt to promote Danish exports, has identified a number of Danish companies that could benefit from establishing themselves in Brazil.

minister Henning Dyremose, in an attempt to promote Danish exports, has identified a number of Danish companies that could benefit from establishing themselves in Brazil.

The Danish newspaper "Børsen", in the section "Børsen Executive" brings the article "Ambassadors river blinkers of top executives", with details of their findings.

The two have calculated that if Denmark is able to increase the share of exports to the BRIC countries to a similar level as in neighboring Germany, 15.000 to 20.000 more jobs are expected to be created, while exports would increase by 20 billion kr.
