Exact Invest A/S is a Danish asset manager firm with a large number of investors through our independent investment companies. We have 14 years of experience and our main geographical focus is Brazil, Colombia and Denmark.
Exact Invest has placed more than €70 million in the development of housing to the middle class, land lots, retail and commercial real estate projects.
With local offices and 20 professionals, Exact Invest has expanded successfully in Latin America. We are one of the largest developers in the Northeast region of Brazil, and since 2013 we opened our office in Colombia.
Exact Invest's second leg of investment management within Private Equity includes several and diversified investments, primarily within Fintech and on a global scale.
It is our vision to continue growing by keeping an exceptional hands-on approach and acting with precision when opportunity emerges.

DEVELOPMENT
Exact companies target investments in residential property development, commercial real estate and shopping centers in Northeast Brazil and Colombia's primary and secondary cities.
We have differentiated investment strategies accordingly to market conditions. All our Real Estate projects are made with local partners minimizing market risk and diversifying portfolio exposure.
Investment operations are undertaken by Exact Invest A/S and its local Latin American subsidiaries.
Invest Brazil A/S started investing in Brazil in 2008. The main focus has been housing development for the rapidly growing Brazilian middle class.
Exact Brazil has sold more than 2,000 units of residential and offices. Additional investments in land development and shopping center.
Exact Colombia I has placed capital and developed project throughout major cities of Colombia. Primarily residential for the middle-class, but also within retail.
Through the two investment funds Retail Brazil I & II, Exact manages the majority of the mall, Sobral Shopping, in the state of Ceará in Northeast Brazil.
Exact Invest manages a portfolio of real estate investments in Denmark. EGM is a beautiful residential project outside of the second largest city in Denmark, Aarhus.

In 2007 the company opened its office in Fortaleza, Brazil. The strategy was to serve a massive demand for middle class housing.
Founded in 2005 Exact Invest started its operations with real estate development in Denmark.
In 2013 the office in Bogota was established, replicating the succesfull model from Brazil.
